Garmin #010-12006-11 Heavy-Duty Transom Mount Bracket

Heavy-duty transom mount bracket with splash guard (4/8/12 pin probes). Easily attach your compatible 4, 8, or 12-pin transducer to your boat's transom with this mount, which provides excellent sonar feedback at any speed. Since the transducer is still in the water, the mount will not protect it from underwater obstructions and you may feel some resistance on the boat. This included protection reduces splashing water and thus protects your compatible transducer when your boat is cruising at high speed. This bracket also allows you to mount the transducer on one of the notches in your boat's keel to adjust the orientation of the transducer so that it is parallel to the surface of the water; thus, no resistance will occur on the boat. And because your transducer is out of the water when so installed, the sonar will not follow depths when the boat is lifted off.
